We're hiring: Mid-Level Interior Designer + Architects – Project Coordinator

Smartform is looking for talented Interior Designers
 and
Architects
 (mid-level) to join our growing Melbourne team.

These roles offer the opportunity to contribute to
high-profile sports and hospitality projects
—environments that bring people together, celebrate community, and elevate the premium event experience. We're currently delivering major facility upgrades that blend member clubs, dining spaces, and event settings with the energy of live sport—offering a rare opportunity to shape spaces that are both sophisticated and operationally robust.

What you'll do:

  • Work closely with our leadership team to design and deliver architectural and interior packages from concept through documentation.
  • Translate bold ideas into practical, buildable solutions for sports, hospitality, and entertainment environments.
  • Coordinate with clients and consultants to ensure design excellence, technical accuracy, and seamless delivery.

What we're looking for:

  • 4–7 years' professional experience in
    architecture and/or interior design
    .
  • Strong documentation skills (Revit preferred).
  • A portfolio demonstrating hospitality or public assembly projects (sports, events, F&B, or cultural facilities a plus).
  • A creative yet pragmatic mindset, balancing design ambition with operational performance and delivery.
