About Us:

Madewell Developments is a growing building company. Due to continuous growth with new projects being secured. This role is for a skilled carpenter working on one luxury project for the next 18 months in Castle Cove. We are a small team of dedicated Carpenters builders, plumbers and electricians in house and seek a like minded hard working team player to help to grow the company.

We work hard but also understand that people have a life beyond work so we try to ensure that you keep your weekends and also we are flexible with time off and we also shut down during Christmas so everyone gets a rest.

About You:

we are seeking an experienced Carpenter to Work under a leading hand. This exciting opportunity provides a positive working environment with strong growth opportunities within the company. We are offering above industry salary and bonus system for out standing performance. We take care of our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • work on the tools as a carpenter. (Licenced required for carpentry)
  • Ensure work is completed on time and to a high standard of quality
  • WHS management and implementation

The person:

  • Minimum 1 year of carpentry experience in residential construction
  • Must have Certificate III in Carpentry and current carpentry licence
  • Trade background
  • Great eye for detail and finishes (quality is important)
  • Reliable, honest, and punctual character
  • Effective organisational and communication skills
  • Effective time management and attention to detail
  • Able to utilise our building software: Buildertrend app through a smartphone. To take photos and do daily log reports.
  • White card, driver's licence, and own basic carpentry tools
