We are seeking an experienced Restoration Estimator to join our head office team in Stapylton. This is a full-time, in-office role (no remote options available) where you will play a key part in preparing accurate and detailed documentation to support our restoration projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Create comprehensive scopes of works, estimates, and reports for restoration projects, ensuring they meet insurance company requirements.
- Conduct dual assessments onsite as needed to verify project details and gather necessary information.
- Collaborate with field technicians to review and refine reports, scopes of works, and estimates for accuracy and completeness.
- Assess damage claims related to water, mould, and fire, providing expert insights and recommendations.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
- Proven background as a restoration technician with hands-on experience in the field.
- Extensive expertise in writing, creating, and assessing detailed reports and scopes of works for insurance claims.
- Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with field technicians and stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of water damage, mould damage, and fire damage restoration processes.
- Understanding of or qualifications in IICRC S500 (Water Damage Restoration) and S520 (Mould Remediation) standards.
