About the opportunity
We're looking for a
Visual Designer
(junior level)
to join our high-performing creative team and help bring ideas to life across digital, print, video, and animation.
This is the perfect opportunity for a designer ready to take the next step in their career. You'll work on a wide variety of meaningful projects-from campaign assets and social content to infographics, presentations - while continuing to grow your skills through mentorship and hands-on experience.
Key responsibilities may include:
- Design and produce creative assets across digital, print, and multimedia platforms (think social media graphics, brochures, newsletters, and more).
- Create infographics, illustrations, and visualisations that make complex information easy to understand.
- Assist in developing video and animation content, with support from senior creatives.
- Apply and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency and innovation across all visual outputs.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to turn briefs into compelling visual content.
- Format documents and layouts with precision and attention to detail.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies-and be open to learning new ones.
- Use project management tools (like ) to manage tasks and meet deadlines.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture by sharing ideas and supporting others.
- Leverage AI-approved design tools to enhance creativity and streamline workflows.
About you
You're a creative thinker and clear communicator who knows how to turn complex ideas into visuals that make sense-always ready to bring fresh ideas to the table and find smart, engaging ways to solve problems
Additionally, you should be able to demonstrate:
- Tertiary qualifications in Design, Graphic Design, or Digital Design.
- Experience as a Graphic Designer (2 years'+) with a passion for fresh ideas and creative problem-solving.
- A portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution across multiple mediums (please include some examples of your work in the application).
- Ability to simplify complex ideas through visual storytelling.
- Familiarity with project management tools or a willingness to learn.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
Desirable:
- Experience using or similar project management platforms.
