We're Hiring: Design Associate (Part-Time, Brisbane QLD)

To Be Creative Pty Ltd
is a human-centred, strategic design studio working across health, sustainability, and culturally diverse communities. We combine service design, systems thinking, and visual communication to create meaningful impact.

About the Role

We're looking for a Design Associate
to join us part-time (approx.
10 hours per week
, hybrid, Brisbane) on an
initial 3-month contract,
with the possibility of extension. You'll support visual, service, and strategic design projects, developing creative concepts, strengthening our brand presence, and helping ensure smooth project delivery.

Expected Outcomes

High-quality marketing and promotional materials

Strong, consistent brand management and visual identity

Reliable support on service and strategic design activities

What We're Looking For

  • Background in graphic design or visual communication
  • Strong drive for brand management and design excellence
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for human-centred design
  • Proficiency in design tools (Adobe, Canva, Figma, etc.)
  • Experience in health, sports or sustainability sectors is a bonus
