Our client is a

**Nursing Unit Manager **of this Aged Care facility, you will be responsible for all aspects of clinical care and services ensuring exceptional levels of care and support are provided at all times.

**The Role**
- Provide leadership support to the clinical and support staff
- Responsible for managing the clinical duties of a medium-sized Aged Care facility in the regional Victoria, 2 hours from Melbourne
- Directly report to and work alongside the Facility Manager to ensure all clinical tasks are completed in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with creating care plans for residents
- Assist in roster management with the Facility Manager

**Requirements/Skills**
- Current AHPRA registration
- Full Australian Working Rights
- Minimum 5 years post-graduate experience in Aged Care
- Registered Nursing qualification
