The Role

We're seeking an experienced 
Trust Accountant
 to join our growing team due to continued business growth. You'll work with a diverse portfolio of Real Estate agencies across Australia, managing Trust Accounts, ensuring compliance, and delivering the exceptional service our clients have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Trust Accounting for Real Estate agency clients across multiple states
  • Ensure compliance with property stock and agents acts in all Australian states and territories
  • Process end-of-month reconciliations, settlements, and disbursements accurately and efficiently
  • Handle incoming deposits, receipting, and Trust Account queries
  • Maintain accurate records and meet strict turnaround time KPIs
  • Work with Real Estate Trust Accounting software platforms
  • Provide exceptional client support via email and phone

Essential Requirements

  • Current Real Estate Licence from any Australian state or territory is required
  • Strong understanding of Trust Accounting compliance and legislation across
  • Experience with Real Estate Trust Accounting software platform is essential
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and client-focused mindset
  • Between 3-5 years of Trust Accounting experience is required for this position

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and task management software
  • Knowledge of residential, commercial and sales processes
  • Ability to handle deadlines
  • Be quick to pick up new trust software
  • A wicked sense of humour
