CCC Ingredients Co. Pty Ltd (formerly Consolidated Chemical Co) is a well-established and leading chemical distribution and supply company, with over 50 years of industry experience.

We proudly service a wide range of industries and are currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations of our Sydney office, located in Arndell Park (Western Suburbs).

This is a key leadership role suited to a true sales professional with strong business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily branch operations, administration, and logistics.
  • Lead and support a small team to meet performance goals
  • Drive sales performance and build strong relationships with customers
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and ISO standards
  • Coordinate warehouse and distribution functions effectively
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proven track record in sales and management, ideally within the chemical industry (preferred, but not essential)
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Solid administrative and organizational capabilities
  • Good commercial awareness and strong sales background
  • Experience in warehouse and logistics operations will be beneficial
  • Familiarity with ISO procedures and audit processes is an advantage
  • Stable, reliable, and seeking a long-term career with a well-established business
  • A team player, who can thrive in a family-owned and operated environment
