- Ensuring individual plans reflect our NDIS participants' goals, passions and strengths
- Building the knowledge, capacity and strengths of those who support participants in their lives - family, carers, friends, etc
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including mentoring less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners.
Benefits for you

- Salary - above award rate of pay
- Flexibility – full-time or part-time position, varied work hours to suit different lifestyles, and flexible work environments
- Lifestyle and our beautiful surroundings – suburban setting within easy access to Sydney CBD, beaches, wineries, galleries, waterfalls, bush walking trails, country markets, camping… what more could you want
- Vibrant team – passion for inspiring, empowering and supporting both participants and each other
- Diverse clinical caseloads – develop and expand upon your skills across all age groups in a range of settings
- Volunteering – giving back to local communities (i.e. 'Clinic for Good')
- Other perks as an employee of a company which belongs to the MedHealth group, discounts on private health insurance and travel, access to a FREE Employee Assistance Program (EAP), a 'Fitness Passport' program, salary packaging (including novated leasing) and much more
