About the role

Join the team at A1 plastic solutions' as a Panel/Plastic Repair Technician. Working in/around the moorabbin area, this full-time role will see you using your exceptional technical skills to repair and restore plastic components ( headlights, bumper bars etc) to pre accident condition. You will play a vital part in ensuring our customers' vehicles are returned to them in perfect condition.

What you'll be doing

  • Assess and diagnose damage to plastic components
  • Expertly repair and restore damaged areas using the latest techniques and equipment
  • Prepare surfaces for paintshop to high-fill repair
  • Carry out modifications and alterations to vehicle panels and plastic parts as required
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area

What we're looking for

  • Formal qualification in panel/plastic repair or a related automotive trade
  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience in a similar role
  • Strong technical skills and an eye for detail to deliver high-quality repairs
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately to tight deadlines
  • A safety-focused approach and commitment to following all workshop procedures
