The Role

You'll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, structuring, negotiating and executing complex transactions, and managing client relationships for the GEMS external Gas franchise. You'll play a crucial role in managing ENGIE internal portfolio and building the GEMS commercial Gas franchise.

About You

  • Tertiary Qualification in Economics, Legal, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience trading or dealing in energy market, including knowledge of Australian Gas market transaction structures, regulations, and market participants
  • Prior experience or exposure to complex negotiations and the end-to-end process to execution
  • Articulate, with high commercial awareness and exceptional consultative skills
  • Ability to work cross-functional in a complex matrix organisation, developing strong internal networks to deliver strategic results
