Are you a big picture thinker, someone who brings strategic outcomes to life in a technically complex environment? Barwon Water is currently looking for you
In this role, you'll lead the planning and delivery of multiple externally led work streams associated with the lead the investigation, planning and implementation of a future state-scale south central water grid augmentation.
A highly regarded leader, you understand the value of a constructive partnership, effectively leading internal relationships, and key external stakeholders. You'll lead a small team of technical professionals, providing strategic and technical advice to internal and external partners to collaborate and deliver outcomes that ensure our region's long-term water security.
Representing Barwon Water in sector discussions your work will support our Strategy 2030, drive innovation to make a real impact on our community's future.

About You
With strong communications and relationship skills, you're an influencer of others, someone comfortable presenting to key stakeholders across the business and beyond focusing on strategic ambitions. You're able to translate complex technical information to suit your audience without losing the key messages.
An experienced leader of multidisciplinary teams, you're adept at influencing colleagues and collaborators. You're passionate to deliver real change and benefit to the organisation and broader community.
With a bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, together with your experience in project management and water supply and infrastructure, you'll be either eligible or a registered engineer.
