Our Trainee & Apprentice program combines on-the-job training with nationally recognised qualifications, and ongoing support from our experienced mentors and management team to help you develop a solid foundation for a successful and rewarding career with Stratco.
During the program you will also work within various areas of our business to allow you to experience all that Stratco has to offer. Stratco offers a wide variety of career development opportunities across our entire business, including:
