Day to day responsibilities:

  • Be the go-to expert in store for all things skincare; helping our customers to find the best products for their needs and making sure everyone leaves feeling MECCA-mazing
  • Conduct skin services for customers including skin consultations and relaxing facials
  • Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the store

What success looks like in this role:

  • Proven experience and knowledge of skincare products and how specific ingredients work for different skin needs
  • Ability to deliver unforgettable moments for our customers that allow them to feel amazing in their own skin
  • An inclusive, team-spirited person with a can-do attitude
  • A beauty therapy qualification is desirable but not required
