Boicos Group is a growing property development business focused on renovations, known for quality craftsmanship and strong relationships. We're now looking for a reliable, organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support running of both the business and the personal commitments.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys taking ownership, and loves being the go to person who keeps everything running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing:

Personal Support

  • Paying personal bills and renewals, keeping track of deadlines.
  • Organising appointments, travel, and general admin.
  • Managing reminders, tasks, and day-to-day life admin.
  • Running occasional errands when necessary.

Business Support

  • Light bookkeeping tasks (Xero experience preferred).
  • Organising documents, contracts, and files.
  • Assisting with quoting, invoicing and job follow-ups when required.
  • Liaising with suppliers, trades, clients and partners when required.

What We're Looking For

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and reliable.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable managing both business and personal tasks with full confidentiality.
  • Proactive mindset – sees what needs to be done before being asked.
  • Experience with bookkeeping or Xero is a strong advantage.
  • Tech-savvy (email management, calendars, cloud storage, basic spreadsheets).
  • Someone who enjoys supporting a founder and helping a business grow.
