Our Lending division are currently seeking a Mortgage Broker to fulfill and internal role to manage Annual Client Reviews, existing loan top-ups and further purchases.

**To be considered for either role, we expect you to have**:

- The ability to prioritise and work under pressure
- 2-5 years' experience with Home Loan Lending either at a Lending Institution or as a Broker. An experienced Loan Administration processor looking to develop a career as a broker.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage your own workload within a supportive team environment
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
- Enjoy working autonomously as well as within our talented team.

**Your duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Complete Annual reviews for existing clients to ensure the client has the best current interest rate with their lender.
- Compare the current loan to the market and suggest alternative options to provide the client with a better outcome.
- Assist existing clients to process top-ups and increase to existing loans
- To deliver appropriate & unbiased mortgage broking services to a range of clients ensuring up to date product and industry knowledge and compliance with regulatory legislation is maintained.
- To coordinate workload, including client appointments, meetings, lender product or refresher training, professional development activities and follow-up appointments and/or calls.
- To manage a client database to ensure an ongoing client relationship management strategy is implemented, maintained and
managed. This may include calls and follow-up relating to pre-approvals, settlements, post-settlement, key anniversary dates and proactive marketing to clients and prospective clients. The ongoing relationship management of referrer and prospective referrer relationships may also need to be coordinated as part of the business' CRM strategy.
- To maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers including day to day liaison, follow up and investigating queries & complaints in a timely manner.
