What You Will Do

  • Teach - You'll deliver clear, structured QCE Maths lessons that build conceptual understanding and exam technique.
  • Coach - Motivate students to engage with content, practice deliberately, and improve week-to-week.
  • Mentor - Share study strategies and relatable stories to build student confidence.
  • Connect - Build genuine connections so students feel supported and motivated

What You Will Bring

  • High ATAR (99+) and strong subject-specific academic achievements (90+ results in Maths Methods and Specialist Maths).
  • First-year university level knowledge or above in your subject(s).
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Energy, empathy, independence and a proactive mindset.
  • A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours weekly availability.
  • Alignment with Contour's mission (Signed NDA and non-compete agreement required).
  • A genuine passion for helping students succeed.

  3. Attend an in-person interview, which includes Q&A and teaching a mock small-group class.
