• High ATAR (99+) and strong subject-specific academic achievements (45+ results in Biology)
• First-year university level knowledge or above in your subject(s)
• Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts
• Energy, empathy, independence and a proactive mindset
• A full academic year commitment with 10+ hours weekly availability

3. Attend an in-person interview, which includes Q&A and teaching a mock small-group class
