  • ts.Building trusted, long-term relationships with key stakeholders to drive repeat business and customer advoca
  • cy.Managing internal workflows and documentation to support timely and accurate submissio
  • ns.Tracking tender and sales outcomes, reporting on performance, and implementing improvements to increase win rat
  • es.Representing at industry briefings, supplier events, and tender presentatio
  • ns.Collaborating with broader departments to drive commercial outcomes and support project delivery across logistics, fulfilment, and customer service functio

To be successful in this role, you should**

  • be:University degree qualified in a relevant field (Commerce, Business or simil
  • ar).Experienced in commercial sales, business development, or account management, with a proven ability to identify and convert new business opportunit
  • ies.Strong understanding of government and B2B procurement processes, with hands-on tendering experience prefer
  • red.Skilled in preparing and coordinating high-quality tender responses, ensuring compliance with legal, technical, and submission requireme
  • nts.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence decision-mak
  • ers.Highly organised, with a sharp attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple opportunities, competing priorities, and tight deadli
  • nes.Confident working cross-functionally to drive commercial outcomes across logistics, fulfilment, finance, and customer service te
  • ams.Comfortable developing pricing models and commercial strategies that balance competitiveness with profitabil
