**Job Summary**:
Our innovative health clinic is looking for a dedicated casual receptionist that can work alternating AM and PM shifts to handle client-facing duties as well as general office management. We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive, and organised receptionist to join our team.

**About the role**
- Welcoming patients and visitors, answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries.
- Processing payments and HICAPS Healthcare rebates - experience with HICAPs (desirable but NOT essential)
- Booking Patients appointments using Cliniko and rescheduling practitioners’ appointments as and when required (previous experience with Cliniko desirable but NOT essential)
- Assisting Patients with completing necessary forms and documentation, as well as ensuring that all information acquired is accurate and current.
- Maintaining confidentiality at all times
- Requesting reports from other medical establishments.
- Proactively working to increase leads and monitor feedback and managing the acquisition of new clients from our associated partners.
- Contribution to social media content
- Keeping a clean ad tidy reception, waiting area, and kitchen
- Upkeep of the clinic and treatment rooms, including emptying bins, rotating towels, candles/diffusers, making tea, filling water cooler
- Faxing, scanning, filing, and mailing,
- General office: ordering stationery, clinic supplies

**Essential skills and Expertise**:

- Current Customer service experience
- Advanced communication skills
- Attention to detail, multitasking and able to prioritise
- Hands on attitude and able to multitask
- Some sales, marketing, and social media experience

Pay: $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
