Receptionist Childcare

Little Zak's Academy is privately owned and family run. Our aim is to provide early childhood care and education in a safe, welcoming, adopting and nurturing environment.

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team in Brookvale

Your role will be pivotal in providing a first impression to anyone visiting the centre, whilst maintaining a professional reception area that is welcoming to all

**The job will require**:

- General reception duties inclusive of but not limited to answering phones and answering or directing all queries.
- Printing, collation and distribution of all weekly materials.
- Somebody with a bubbly personality, maintaining a smile and a "can-do" attitude.
- Assisting with the day to day operations of the centre.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy office space/environment.

**Skills & Experience**:

- Experience in the childcare sector, and with childcare accounts.
- Hold a Certificate III in Children's Services, (preferred but not essential).
- Current valid Working With Children Check (WWCC), or willingness to obtain.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge.
- High level of professionalism and communication.
