ABOUT THE ROLE

The BIM Manager/Lead is a critical role managing the successful deployment and utilization of BIM across the firm's portfolio.

Responsibilities include overseeing the development and implementation of BIM Execution Plans, providing essential training and technical support on BIM software and best practices to project teams, and ensuring the practice remains current with the latest BIM technologies and trends. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role requiring flexibility and a proactive, positive attitude to tackle tasks both large and small.

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or similar field
  • 5+ years in the delivery of BIM mature projects
  • Sound knowledge of Architectural project delivery in Australia from Schematic Design to Construction documentation
  • Strong knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards
  • Experience in managing and mentoring a team demonstrating advanced negotiation and people skills
  • Open minded and curious
