About the role

Allpumps and Water' is seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee delivery of our pump, motor and water treatment services across the Mandurah/Perth region. In this full-time, office-based role, you will be responsible for managing a team of technicians and coordinating all aspects of service delivery to ensure our customers receive a seamless experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead, manage, and support the service team to ensure high-quality performance and adherence to company standards.
  • Coordinate all workshop operations including in finalizing of quotes, workshop and on-site work in an efficient and profitable manner using Aroflo.
  • Ensure all jobs follow correct procedures, including inspections, quotations, approvals, and invoicing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor financial performance of the service department, including invoicing, margins, and cost control.
  • Drive compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff and customers as required.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Report regularly to senior management on departmental performance, challenges, and opportunities.

What we're looking for

  1. Significant experience in a service management role, preferably within the pump or water treatment industry
  2. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of technical professionals
  3. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients
  4. Excellent organisational, problem-solving and decision-making skills
  5. Proficient in the use of service management software like Aroflo and tools
  6. Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in the pump or water treatment field preferably and electrical contractors license.
