About us:

The Winslow Group is a renowned civil construction company which operates across Metro Melbourne, regional Victoria, Northern New South Wales, and Queensland. We have been in operation for more than 35 years with an extensive delivery history across the land development/subdivision & infrastructure sector and service a large part of the Victorian market. About the role:

  • Operating graders and excavators with hydraulic systems for excavation, trenching, and site preparation.
  • Backfilling and compacting trenches and other excavated areas.
  • Loading and unloading materials and debris using the excavator.
  • Reading and interpreting site plans.
  • Conducting routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and reporting any mechanical issues.
  • Ensuring adherence to workplace health and safety regulations.

About you:

  • Proven experience as an Excavator or Grader Operator in civil construction.
  • Hands-on experience with hydraulic systems and attachments.
  • Strong knowledge of excavation techniques and site safety procedures.
  • A valid excavator operator ticket and any relevant industry certifications.
  • A General Construction Induction card (white card)
  • A valid driver's licence
  • Relevant industry certifications
