The Role – Well, you know the drill…

You'll be operating MPU vehicles to deliver high-quality emulsion-based explosives for blasting operations on site. This includes assisting with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring safe and efficient performance at all times. With a strong commitment to upskilling and career progression, you'll be on the fast track to success.

Please note: This role requires wearing a respirator. For safety and compliance, employees must be clean shaven to ensure a proper respirator fit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-start checks and weekly inspections of equipment and assets
• Assist with preventative maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Support all explosive-related activities in line with site procedures
• Share knowledge and expertise with clients and crew members
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Uphold a high level of professionalism and safety standards

What you'll bring

• You must be committed to positively contributing to our safe, inclusive, and high-performance culture
• Solid experience operating Mobile Processing Units
• HR licence -Manual Synchromesh
• National Police Clearance
• Current NT Dangerous Goods Drivers Licence
• Operation of a telehandler, requiring a valid High Risk Work Licence (CN Class – Non-slewing Crane)
