The Role

Reporting to the General Manager – Australian Branches and based in Winnellie, Darwin, the Branch Manager will plan, develop and direct VAE Group service and projects activities within the NT region aligned with budgeted profitability objectives, whilst delivering built in certainty to our client's assets by providing quality service in conjunction with contractual obligations. Some of the key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Lead and oversee all branch operations, ensuring performance and accountability
  • Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and oversee invoicing and financial performance
  • Supervise, develop, and support field and office staff
  • Plan workloads and ensure KPI targets are met
  • Support business growth through tenders, quotes, and contract negotiations
  • Provide technical guidance and oversee major installs and service issues
  • Ensure compliance and deliver timely reports and continuous improvement
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Lead, coach, and support team development and a positive culture
