Care Worker Position 1: Week 1- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday Wednesday Week 2- Monday Tuesday and Wednesday

Care Worker Position 2: Week 1- Thursday, Friday, Saturday Week 2- Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday

Key responsibilities of this role include assisting residents with their nightly routines, monitoring their well-being throughout the night, and responding to any emergencies or incidents that may arise. Successful candidates will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in a care or support role is highly desirable

- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent qualification

- Current First Aid and CPR certification

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
