Key Responsibilities

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons aligned with the Victorian Curriculum.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, problem-solving, and critical thinking.

Assess, record, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to support learning.

Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum initiatives and participate in school-wide programs.

Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student performance and wellbeing.

Contribute to extracurricular activities, enrichment programs, and the broader school community.

Requirements Desired Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred

Current Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT) registration.

Demonstrated experience teaching Mathematics at secondary level.

Strong classroom management and communication skills.

Ability to inspire students and adapt teaching methods to meet diverse learning needs.

French teaching experience is considered a strong advantage, though not required.
