Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values - provide executive leadership to ensure delivery of high-quality, efficient and value-based surgical services; provide Executive leadership of SPS and support senior clinical and administrative staff to collaboratively achieve the clinical, operational, and financial objectives of the Service Line and oversee operational and financial performance including achievement of KPIs, patient outcomes, and service growth.
