Reporting directly to our Senior Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting our people and business by managing core HR functions and contributing to global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as the key HR contact for operation, providing guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Administer HR policies, procedures, and employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisal coordination, and performance discussions.
• Manage employee engagement initiatives, welfare programs, and internal communications to promote a positive work culture.
• Assist in handling employee relations issues, grievance management, and disciplinary actions in accordance with HR policies.
• Prepare and consolidate monthly HR reports such as headcount, turnover, and attendance data.
• Supervise HR assistant in coordinating and monitoring learning & development programs, tracking participation and maintaining training records.
• Collaborate with Payroll Coordinator to ensure accurate and timely updates on employee movements, benefits, and entitlements.
• Participate in HR projects, policy enhancements, and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism in all HR operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related disciplines with 3+ years relevant experience or better.
- Knowledge of Hospitality awards, enterprise agreements and industrial relations frameworks.
- Enjoy working as a team while works well independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Having worked in the hospitality or retail sector is a plus.
- Immediate Available is preferrable.
This is a permanent full-time position, candidate must be eligible to work in Australia, as evidenced by Australian citizenship or Permanent Residency status.
