What you will do
Join a long-established legal practice with a strong reputation across the region. As a Property Lawyer at Horizon Legal Group, you'll handle a diverse range of commercial and property matters, delivering practical and sound legal advice with a client-first approach.
In this role, you will:
● Manage property and commercial files from instruction through to completion
● Review contracts, leases, call option agreements, Retirement Village/Manufactured home agreements and other legal documents
● Draft easements and complete titles lodgements of survey plans and associated dealings
● Provide commercially focused legal advice to a broad range of clients
● Liaise with accountants, financial planners, surveyors and other professionals to progress matters accurately and expeditiously
● Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referral partners

The Person
We're looking for a capable, proactive Property/Commercial Lawyer who thrives on delivering practical solutions and building strong relationships. You will bring:
● Minimum 3 years' PAE with strong experience in leasing, business sales/purchases, commercial property matters, off-the-plan contracts, easements, and related transactions
● Strong communication and client relationship skills
● Confidence in working independently while contributing to team success
● Experience using LEAP
● A collaborative mindset and commitment to professional excellence
