AS A Financial Performance and Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
This position is responsible for financial planning, reporting and analysis. It is also responsible for supporting business decision-making by analysing data, developing financial models, preparing reports, and collaborating with various departments to achieve strategic goals.

The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Ensure the accurate and timely production of the financial analysis for month end and prepare the month end reports and be responsible for the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, and monitoring performance against the targets
  • Streamline reporting and forecast process and support automation initiatives and system enhancements.
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including department heads, to understand their needs and provide tailored financial insights
  • Analyse financial trends, prepare profitability reports by product, customer and segment, and delivery insights and recommendations to management
  • Collect, organise and maintain accurate data sets; support special projects through financial modelling and insightful reporting
  • Train and share expertise with team members to build capability and ensure consistent understanding

Essential

  • Proven experience in a Commercial Analyst, Finance Analyst, Business Partner role or similar
  • Proven experience in financial modelling
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience creating dashboards and complex financial models
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of convey complex information in an easy to understand way
  • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills using critical thinking, and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills with an ability to priorities
  • Proven customer service and communication skills (written & verbal)
