The Senior FP&A Analyst will support the accurate and timely creation and delivery of financial management reporting for the Quantium Group globally. The role will work collaboratively with the FP&A Lead, FP&A team, and finance more broadly. Specifically, the role will assist in month-end results, OPEX, CFO reporting, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR's), and Vertical P&L's and accounting.

How You'll Create Impact?

  • Assist in the monthly forecasting, vertical P&L reporting, and annual budgeting processes
  • Monitor financial performance and provide analysis including risks, insights, and recommendations.
  • Contribute to finance projects and work with the finance transformation team to implement changes
  • Managing and analysing Operating Expenses (OPEX)

  • Cross-Functional Collaborator: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with different teams. Ability to understand the needs of various stakeholders and provide relevant financial insights to support decision-making.

Required Experience and Capabilities

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in a similar FP&A or financial analysis role
  • Strong technical and analytical capabilities in finance and management accounting
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (power query, pivot tables, complex modeling)
  • Experience with financial planning tools like Anaplan
  • High attention to detail with ability to manage complex data sets
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities (essential in a dynamic environment)
