Join Our Allied Health Team – Where Support Meets Growth

Are you a new or early-career allied health professional ready to make a real difference while being surrounded by a team who gets it? At Kids at Play Therapy Services, we're not just about therapy sessions — we're about building a supportive, playful, and professional community where you can thrive.

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • We believe in investing in you. From day one, you'll be supported with a clear career pathway, structured onboarding, and mentorship that grows with you.
  • You're never on your own. Our extensive multi-disciplinary team (OTs, Speech Pathologists, Physios, Psychologists, Dietitians & AHAs) genuinely support one another.
  • Supported by experience. Our Occupational Therapy team brings over 30 years of clinical expertise, so you'll always have guidance from clinicians who've walked the path before you.
  • Work-life balance is real here. Flexible working arrangements, outreach and clinic-based options, and an admin team that actually lightens your load.
  • Room to grow. Whether you're passionate about early intervention, school-aged kids, or specialist areas — we'll help you shape your career.
  • Culture that clicks. We're playful but professional, value-driven, and we know that connection and belonging at work matter just as much as the work itself.

Structured 12-month onboarding. We set you up for success with:

  • First two weeks: intensive training, shadowing, and loads of support.
  • Next six months: gradually building your caseload, with time to learn, reflect, and grow your clinical skills at your own pace.
  • Ongoing: mentoring and supervision to help you step confidently into your role as an independent clinician.

Who We're Looking For

  • Allied health grads and early-career clinicians (OT, Speech Path, Physio, Psych, Dietetics) who are curious, compassionate, and ready to grow.
  • Team players who love collaboration and aren't afraid to bring new ideas to the table.
  • People who want a workplace that's supportive, forward-thinking, and deeply people-focused.

What We Offer

  • A carefully structured 12-month onboarding journey so you never feel thrown in the deep end.
  • Guidance and mentorship from senior clinicians with decades of experience.
  • Ongoing PD opportunities (in-house & external) tailored to your career goals.
  • A chance to work with children and families who will inspire you every day.
  • A workplace that invests in your wellbeing and your future.

Salary & Benefits

  • Above award salary, tailored to your experience and discipline.
  • Superannuation in line with Australian legislation.
  • Internal & external supervision built into your week (we don't leave you to figure it out alone).
  • Professional Development (PD) support with a generous budget + dedicated PD leave.
  • Flexible work hours shaped around your needs and lifestyle.

Ready to kick-start your career in a place where support isn't just a buzzword? Apply now and grow with us at Kids at Play Therapy Services.
