THE OPPORTUNITY

We're hiring for a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded, modern dental practice located in Bendigo.

This practice is known for its patient experience and delivering consultative, comprehensive, high-value and ethical dentistry.

The Principal Dentist is stepping back from clinical work and seeking an experienced, independent clinician to take over his patient base and continue providing exceptional care to the community.

The practice is located on a major intersection with excellent visibility and consistent patient flow. Think: cars sitting at the traffic lights and the practice is right there.

It has three chairs, advanced technology, and a strong reputation - bringing in 60–70 new patients per month purely through word of mouth.

This is a 4 or 5-day-per-week position and an opportunity for you to accelerate your career and do your best work.

ABOUT YOU

• AHPRA-registered Dentist with ideally 4+ years' of Australian experience, capable of taking on the Principal's books
• Skilled in general dentistry; exposure or interest in implants, ortho or cosmetic highly regarded
• Independent and confident clinician who doesn't need handholding
• Ethical, patient-first mindset - you care deeply about doing what's right for patients and also providing top-notch, high-quality, comprehensive and full-mouth dentistry
• Excellent communication and chairside manner
• Team-oriented, reliable and values-driven
