This is a full-time opportunity; the days and hours required are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 6pm. We are conveniently located on Sternberg Street where there is plenty of parking

**The Heart of the Role**:

- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Meeting and greeting patients, providing a great first impression
- Booking and amending appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Handling payments
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management
