Lead, support and grow a team that makes a difference every day.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Centre Leader to lead our established Bendigo dental centre. With 3 chairs currently operating and a strong focus on general dentistry, our Bendigo centre delivers quality, accessible care to the local community.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced people leader, Practice Manager, or Senior Dental Assistant ready to take the next step. You'll be supported by your Regional Manager and a national network of operational experts, helping you thrive in a dynamic and rewarding role.

About the role:

As Centre Leader, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of our Bendigo centre, creating a positive, professional environment for patients and your team.

You'll:

  • Lead, mentor and motivate your team to deliver an outstanding patient experience

  • Manage rosters, appointments, and daily centre presentation

  • Support dentists in delivering efficient, high-quality dental care

  • Ensure compliance with clinical and operational procedures

  • Monitor centre performance and identify improvement opportunities

  • Work closely with your Regional Manager on business goals, team development, and growth

This is a hands-on role — ideal for someone who enjoys variety, teamwork, and helping everything run smoothly.

About you:

You're approachable, organised, and a natural leader — someone who leads by example and brings out the best in others. You're passionate about creating a welcoming environment and delivering a high standard of patient care.

You'll also bring:

  • Experience in dental or healthcare settings — as a Practice Manager, Senior Dental Assistant, or team leader

  • Confidence managing day-to-day centre operations

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Excellent time management and attention to detail

  • A solutions-focused, can-do attitude

  • A genuine commitment to patient care and team success
