Wonderful Early Childhood Management Opportunity in Eight Mile Plains Area. A well-established 100+ Centre is looking for an experienced Room Leader to join a highly motivated team, providing high-quality educational programs to our children and strong community connections. Warmth and enthusiasm, family communication, staff management/ team building, curriculum implementation, organizational skills, high energy, etc. are qualities as the qualified candidate.

Key requirements:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA assessed equivalent*)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Building and maintaining partnerships with families through daily contact, in person and using specialist social media tools
  • Having knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards (NQF & NQS)
  • Be passionate and motivated to provide high-quality educational programs and learning environments
  • An expert at guiding, mentoring and inspiring team members
  • Current Blue Card or Exemption Card. Restricted persons need not apply.
