Key Role: Early Childhood Educator

 

Synopsis of the Key Role:

Shaping young minds and fostering a love for learning is at the heart of this role. The successful candidate will be based in one of our Junior rooms, developing a curriculum for 1-2 or 2-3 year olds.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework to ensure the day-to-day safety of children in their care.

Guiding and mentoring younger educators is an essential part of this position, with the aim of achieving the best outcomes for children.
