At SPC, we're passionate about creating food that Australians love and sharing our brands with the world. As a Marketing Graduate, you'll join our dynamic Global Marketing team and gain hands-on experience across brand management, digital marketing, and consumer engagement — all within the fast-paced world of FMCG.

You'll help bring our brands to life through creative campaigns, data-driven insights, and cross-functional collaboration. This is a unique opportunity to learn from experienced marketing professionals while contributing to projects that shape SPC's presence in both domestic and international markets.

What You'll Do

  • Support the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns across digital, social, in-store, and experiential channels. Get creative — assist with content creation, copywriting, and campaign tracking to keep our brand messaging fresh and engaging.
  • Dive into consumer and market research, analyse competitors, and share insights that help guide brand and innovation strategies.
  • Play a key role in product launches, brand activations, and innovation projects alongside cross-functional teams.
  • Help grow SPC's digital presence by managing content calendars, engaging with online communities, and tracking performance.

What You'll Bring

  • A recent degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
  • Curiosity and initiative — you love to learn and aren't afraid to ask questions or try new ideas.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (social media, Google Ads, CRM, analytics).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and an understanding of key marketing metrics.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A genuine interest in FMCG and building a career in brand and digital marketing.
