At ECO Garage Doors, we are a young and fast-growing Garage Door manufacturer, proudly 100% Australian owned and operated. Our outstanding, highly engineered products are at the forefront of technology, providing new and innovative solutions to the garage door industry for both residential and commercial sector.

Our Australian Made Products includes Sectional Doors, Thermal Insulated Doors, Roller Doors, Commercial Doors, Industrial Doors and we are highly experienced in bespoke engineered doors. Our Access Control Systems includes automatic Garage Door Openers, Remote Controls and Receivers, Smart APP Devices, Photo Electric Beams, Loop detection devices.

Our Manufacturing facilities includes state of the art Australian Made Machinery, Hydraulic Presses, Fully Automated production lines to name a few.

All of our Garage Doors are manufactured directly at our facilities inDandenong South.

About the role:

In our Dandenong branch, we are looking for a Despatch Casual , to assist the supervisor with an increasing work load.

About You:

  • Minimum 2yrs experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Physically fit (The role include weight lifting)
  • Forklift license in required (experience in using the forklift)
  • MR license is advantageous
  • Punctual, reliable, eager and efficient
  • A willingness to progress towards a leadership role
  • Must be well presented, polite, honest, and trust worthy
  • A strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to work in a team environment and autonomously as well
  • Australian Drivers License

Essential to the Role:

  • Assist the supervisor on loading and unloading of stock
  • Picking and packing the products for our installers on a daily basis
  • Moving products and materials around the warehouse and between two factories in a safe manner
  • Planning and organizing the factory and loading dock areas
  • Operating a Forklift and Overhead crane on a regular basis and when it is needed
  • Ability to read and understand the orders received and follow instruction
  • Use of hand and power tools
  • Maintaining a clean and tidy work environment
