About the role

As our Quoting & Priority Accounts Specialist, you'll be the go-to for customers who've been referred or allocated as priority accounts by our branches, distribution centres, or BD teams. You'll help them find the right hire solutions, manage quotes end-to-end, and make sure every experience is seamless.

Your day will include:

  • Recommending, sourcing, and quoting equipment solutions for customers
  • Creating, updating, and converting hire quotes to bookings
  • Following up on quoted opportunities to secure the win
  • Understanding market pricing and applying sound commercial judgement
  • Supporting branches and BD teams with fast, accurate quoting and follow-up
  • Building long-term customer relationships through genuine service
  • Coordinating logistics, transport, and rehires
  • Completing key reports to keep everything on track

About you

You're a strong communicator and relationship builder who knows how to turn opportunities into outcomes. You're commercially savvy, confident quoting complex jobs, and know how to balance customer satisfaction with business results.

What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in quoting or account management
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • A deep understanding of customer service across phone, email, chat or social
  • High attention to detail and solid problem-solving skills
  • The ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships
