Minprovise is seeking an experienced Senior Lead – Scaffold & Access Services to oversee and grow our scaffolding operations across Karratha and the Greater Pilbara region. This role is open strictly to Karratha and Pilbara locals, or those prepared to relocate with residential accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand opportunities with existing clients and explore new market prospects
  • Manage workforce allocations and ensure compliance with company and industry standards
  • Prepare and submit cost estimates for scaffolding projects
  • Provide execution support, including timesheet approvals
  • Champion a strong safety culture through leadership talks, inspections, and incident reporting (INX)
  • Conduct site visits for scoping, client follow-ups, and relationship management
  • Implement cost-effective solutions while maintaining client satisfaction
  • Provide monthly operational reports to the National Manager

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in managing scaffolding projects
  • Strong understanding of AS/NZ standards and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills
  • Commitment to safety and company policies
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in cost estimation and budgeting
  • Experience with INX and scaffold management systems (desirable)
