Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator.  This position is responsible for providing warehouse and distribution services within the Penrith Warehouse to ensure excellent levels of customer service are delivered.  In addition, this role will back up, support and provide cover to the Warehouse Supervisor.

Based at our Penrith manufacturing facility, your responsibilities will include:

• Dispatch Management – ensuring accurate and timely dispatch to customer
• Goods inwards, receiving – ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods inwards
• Inventory Coordination – maintaining cycle count variance levels
• Servicing of Biologicals/Pharmaceutical Production Penrith, 3PM & Crookwell
• Assist and act as back up for the Warehouse Supervisor
• Lead warehouse team in the absence of the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Ensure production schedules are maintained.
• Ensure KPI targets are achieved.
• Compliance with Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and Work Health and Safety Regulation 2011.
• Compliance with policies and procedures.
• Take a lead role with Continuous Improvement projects.

To be successful in this role, you will have/be:

• Proficient in the use of dispatch control software (Supply Master)
• Expertise in MRP systems (Movex or similar ERP system)
• A Class 1A drivers licence and LF forklift licence.
• Understanding of GMP principles
• Demonstrated high level problem solving ability
• Intermediate computer skills and a working knowledge of windows based applications.
• Strong customer focus and attention to detail
• The ability to work in a team environment and willingness to work across all areas of the Warehouse.
• Certificate 4 in Warehouse and Distribution Management
• AFIF accreditation – Dangerous Goods Acceptance (by air)

Those with experience gained within the pharmaceutical industry will be highly regarded.
