**About the role**

As Consultant, Supplier Services, you will manage outsourced operations, including service level monitoring, delivery to the supplier governance framework, rectification of operational issues and incidents in relation to your allocated portfolio.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Deliver the service catalogue in accordance with agreed service needs and expectations of our customers
- Resolve service related issues and queries from colleagues and third party suppliers, including root cause analysis and remediation of service incidents
- Provide insight and analysis for the monthly service portfolio performance reporting scorecard
- Contribute to the risk profile of the P&ES portfolio as per the enterprise risk requirements and management of business unit controls
- Engage and communicate effectively and timely with stakeholders across the Enterprise
- Facilitate and communicate effectively and timely with 3rd Party vendors via formal Monthly Operational meetings and as required
- Accountable for agenda and minute distribution and follow up with 3rd party vendors with accordance to NAB supplier governance framework principles.
- Support processes in relation to supplier contracts including new outsourcing, alterations, renewals and extensions
- Drive advocacy of service-oriented culture with strategic stakeholders as a trusted partner / key advisor for BU
- Contribute to sharing of knowledge, skills and resources between business portfolios
- Perform operational tasks and/or the wider P&ES as required to support achievement of the PU’s goals and objectives
- Contribute and influence change initiatives between business portfolios to ensure the correct outcome is implemented across NAB, third parties and customer.

**About you**
- You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills including MS Office (Word, Excel, MS Teams etc)
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to the implementation of change in an agile way
- Experience in development & delivery of change, including communications and learning strategies
- Proven experience delivering high quality innovation and productivity improvements in a complex regulatory environment
- Experience in Supplier negotiations and relationship management with third party vendors with delivery focus
- Experience in delivery of all contractual artefacts in accordance with outsourcing obligations under APRA CPS 231 and Supplier Governance framework.
- Operational Management - Experiencing managing operations with a customer delivery focus.
- Experience in banking and financial services, supplier management and specific skills with management of vendor related services.
