In the role of an Associate, you will join our Planning & Forecasting Team within Finance that's doubling down on keeping it simple.

Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:

  • Evaluate financial planning, forecasting, and reporting, with a focus on trend analysis and variances to business plans.
  • Assist in delivering monthly forecasts for balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other Group metrics.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Risk, Strategy, and Treasury stakeholders to achieve collective objectives focused on insight, forecasting and delivering the yearly Plan.
  • Support plan transfer activities during designated transfer windows.
  • Support the annual planning process and contribute to generating insights for Board and Executive Leadership Team materials.
  • Manage the financial impacts of organisational changes, validate numerical data, and address any data discrepancies.

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Sound numerical, financial analysis and modelling skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines, and work in a face-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Data and business intelligence, including advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to review complex data and analyse information from multiple sources.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Degree qualified, ideally CA or CPA qualification (or equivalent).
  • Substantial experience in Finance/Financial Services.
