Your work will directly support operational decision-making, ensuring we're ready to meet demand and deliver exceptional service.In this role you will analyse historical data, identify trends, and build forecasting models that guide planning. Your insights will be shared with clear, thoughtful commentary to help teams across Field Services, Customer Products, and Operations stay aligned and informed. The role also contributes to the ongoing improvement of forecasting tools and processes.**A bit about you**The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with clear, confident communication. A background in forecasting, reporting, and data analysis, ideally in tech or infrastructure and can translate complex data into meaningful insights for stakeholders.Collaboration and stakeholder engagement are key, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive process improvements.
