Every day, Algo collects data from all points of the supply chain, from consumer and customer sales at the item or SKU level to warehouse shipments and inventory holdings from each store or distribution centre. Using this information, the Algo system runs through complex forecasting models to generate demand plans and actionable outcomes for both vendors and retailers, and it exposes crucial performance statistics to management via user-friendly dashboards.

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimise the Inventory for our client. Ensuring accurate and timely orders are placed.
- Promotional and New Release ordering.
- Manage replenishment ordering.
- Demand Planning - effective demand planning delivering long-horizon forecasting
- Maintain and develop relationships with key and senior client contacts internally and externally.
- Ensure a detailed understanding of our client's business, products and requirements.
About You:
Ideally, you would have the following.
- Team Player
- You can build relationships through client engagement
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' experience in Inventory Mgt / Demand Planning in a Retailer setting
- Have retail experience
- Problem solving and strong analytical skills
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Expert level in Excel
- Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
This role is a Hybrid role working both on-site at the client's office in Melbourne Southbank and from home.
