Restaurant Host – Meat Flour Wine Braeside

Be the Face of Meat Flour Wine.

We're looking for a vibrant, confident and charismatic Host to lead the newly refurbish front of house at Meat Flour Wine Braeside.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and allocate bookings to maximise capacity. Strategically seat guests to balance all sections for smooth service.
  • Keep the floor flowing — direct juniors, reset tables quickly, assist the team where needed.
  • Check in with guests, mingle between bookings and make every arrival feel special.
  • Step in after final seating to help the team finish strong.
