About You:

Customer Whisperer: Previous customer service and retail experience is your jam.

Communication Maestro: You can charm customers both in writing and verbally.

Tech Guru: Comfortable with computers and MS Office applications. Knowledge of Shopify/Amazon fulfilment/Marketplacer is the cherry on top

Detail Dynamo: Your attention to detail is so good, it's practically a superpower.

Responsibilities and Key Tasks:

All aspect of customer service but not limited to the following:

  • Attend to customer's enquiries via Phone, email enquiries & live chats
  • Processing online orders
  • Participating and preparation for trade shows

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in retail
  • Experience in using platforms such as Shopify, inventory management system would be ideal
  • Attention to details is a must

Candidate should possess the following:
